The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an extraordinary person to join our teaching support team.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Individual Needs Assistant.

The role will include working 1-1 and with small groups of children. The working times will be up to 5 days per week starting in January 2025.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be resilient and able to work independently, flexibly and use their own initiative to respond to the children’s needs.
  • Be committed to inclusion and have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs.

We invite you to become a part of:

  • A school full of enthusiastic and well behaved children
  • A team of wonderful teachers and support staff, with supportive parents and a Governing Body who are committed to continuous school improvement.
