The successful applicant will manage and develop the Council’s e-tendering systems for all tender exercises and ensure staff in directorates are trained and supported in the use of the system for undertaking compliant quotation. Additionally, the role involves advising and leading staff in effective contract management for the life of a contract and ensuring spend analysis data and information is prepared and published in line with Local Government Transparency Code.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
