About the role
We are looking to appoint a Clerk to Governors to support our Governing Body at Willingdon Primary School.
Our Governing Body meetings are held after school 6 times per year from 5.30-7.30pm. We also hold additional committee meetings which can be negotiated in terms of availability.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support as well as carrying out statutory functions.
The main functions of this job are: agenda setting, collating and distribution of meeting papers, taking minutes, preparing and distributing minutes, providing procedural advice to the Governing Body and maintaining Governor records.
The hours of work are 170 hours per annum during term time.
