About the role
Little Horsted CE Primary School is set in the idyllic countryside on the edge of Uckfield.
The Governor's are seeking to recruit a School Caretaker working 10 hours a week, as a split shift. Hours & days can be flexible.
We are looking for an individual who can work under their own initiative as part of our welcoming and supportive team, someone who is motivated and who takes pride in their work.
This is a great opportunity to work in a happy, school environment and support the team in providing a safe and well maintained premises for the children in our care.
The successful candidate will demonstrate understanding of the health and safety requirements including COSHH. The caretaker oversees the cleanliness of the grounds, maintenance and security of the school. They will be able to identify work priorities and manage work load as well as be able to undertake routine maintenance, basic repairs and tasks.
