We are going through an exciting period of change, reviewing how we deliver services to our residents and drive service improvements. You will have excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. Experience of project management, good stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for this role.  </p>\n<p>You will have experience working in social housing, with knowledge of changes to regulation an advantage. This role will provide support to teams around housing policy work and continuous improvement, reviewing existing processes and ensuring a consistent approach for review and monitoring. There will be a requirement to carry out work around data management and analysis, providing the service with insight and trend information where required. Experience of working on system and data projects is desirable.
