About the role
Parkside Community Primary and Preschool are seeking to appoint a new member of the team. This role would be for a Teaching Assistant from 8.30am until 3.20pm (with 30 minute lunch break) and would also include the role of a Midday Supervisory Assistant for 30 minutes per day.
We would also be happy to consider, if required, a 9am start and a 3pm finish for the right candidate.

We are looking for:

- Someone who is confident working both with children and parents/carers in the best interest of a child.
Experience with working with children with SEND would be a significant advantage.
Applicants should be able to work as part of a team to support the educational needs of the children and be committed to the principles of equal opportunities and safeguarding.

The start date will be agreed with the successful candidate cased upon notice periods etc and once the necessary checks have been put into place.
This post is initially to July 2025 but with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.
