We care about the best outcomes for local people, through our public services.</strong></span></p><p>We are proud of our world-famous thriving city with its rich culture, affordable housing, stunning waterfront and our beautiful green spaces – there’s really something for everyone<span>!  </span></p><p>We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the operational duties, recruitment and management of the Wellbeing Service. As the Wellbeing Coordinator you will be required to respond to communications from the public, internal and external colleagues whilst ensuring the service is meeting its Care Act duties, through the provision of good quality information, advice, and guidance.</p><p><span><strong>The Role:</strong></span></p><ul>\n<li>The Wellbeing Coordinator will oversee how through every interaction, the Prevent, Reduce and Delay principles of the Care Act are applied to promote independence and wellbeing. They will oversee the provision of information, advice, and guidance to enable people, in person, on the telephone and by other mains of interactions, to self-assess and plan support to enable their wellbeing.</li>\n<li>In the role of a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will oversee the provision of first contact resolutions to people, through information, advice and guidance that is focused on identifying their strengths and how to maximise these strengths to meet their needs.</li>\n</ul><p><span>In addition to the above the Wellbeing Coordinator is expected to:</span></p><ul>\n<li>To promote a culture of responsive service delivery that is based on enabling independence and providing excellent information and advice.</li>\n<li>To ensure the service develops knowledge of local resources and services.   • delivery.

  • To be responsible for developing effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive service user experience.
