We are looking for a Community Support Services Coordinator on a fixed term basis to cover for Maternity Leave.
The Brightways Hub is a day service that offers new opportunities both therapeutic and developing individuals’ life skills, to adults and young people within our local community, we aim to offer choice and control to people we support over the service they receive, offering taylor made packages of support with flexibility around their needs. The day service is based at Oakham Enterprise Park.
Do you have the ability to lead by example, motivate a staff team, and embrace the “Hands on “approach? Would you like to be part of a new up and coming service for adults with learning disabilities, where the service users are at the heart of everything we do? If so, then this could be the job for you.

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
The Community Support Services Coordinator interviews will be held at Oakham Enterprise Park throughout November. The exact date will be confirmed
