This role is 17 hours per week.</p>\n<b>Main Responsibilities</b><br><p>You will :</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li> work within the children's home, providing home cooked meals for children with a range of dietary needs including allergens.</li>\n\t<li> be planning menus, ordering food within budgets and assisting the young people with independent skills.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>What you can expect from us:</strong></p>\n\n<p>We have a detailed induction programme specifically designed to cover all elements of the role, so that you have all the tools and knowledge ready to get going.</p>\n\n<p>We have an ambitious, confident, and motivated management team who are experienced, supportive, and keen to help you learn and grow. </p>\n\n<p>You will have 1:1 reflective space with managers, a comprehensive employee support offer, and lots of opportunity to network with other professionals that support children.</p>\n<b>The Ideal Candidate</b><br><p>We are looking for an experienced cook who will:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>engage with the young people to encourage healthy eating</li>\n\t<li>understand dietary and allergen needs.</li>\n\t<li>plan meals in advance.
