Damp and Mould Assistant Surveyor

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Salary: SK13 (£38,127 per annum)

Contract: Fixed Term - 12 Months

 

The post holder will be accountable for assessing and developing solutions for removing damp, condensation and mould in our properties.  The service operates throughout the district of South Kesteven in Lincolnshire which covers 365 square miles and approximately 6000 council properties.

 

To provide administration and oversight of repair works to Council properties.

 

To work within the damp and mould team to promote a professional service compliant with current regulations.

 

The post holder will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to enable the safe, effective and efficient utilisation of resources. To lead by example on Health and Safety, organizational values and behaviours.

 

To ensure that the Councils property and estates are maintained in a safe condition which minimizes risk to the Council as Landlord.
