About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Family Support & Safeguarding team. With the support of a consistent senior management team, you will manage a manageable caseload and benefit from high-quality reflective supervision. You'll work in a collaborative environment with creative, like-minded professionals to make a real difference.
You'll also receive the flexibility to work full-time or part-time to suit your work-life balance needs.

- Lead Section 47 investigations, assessments, and interventions to protect children in need, including those involved in child protection and care proceedings.
- Work closely with a range of professionals in a multi-disciplinary approach, ensuring the best outcomes for children and their families.
- Use the Signs of Safety framework to support a small number of families, ensuring long-term positive outcomes.
- Continuously enhance your practice through professional development and training opportunities.
