Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Hertfordshire
Starting Salary: £35,745 with the opportunity to progress to £39,186 pa (pro rata for part-time) - Pay increase pending. Senior post - £40,221 with the opportunity to progress to £44,428 pa (pro rata for part-time) Relocation package, £1,000 welcome payment and lease car (terms apply).

Job Duties:
As an Adult Care Services occupational therapist, you will hold your own caseload and work in partnership with people living in the community across Hertfordshire. You will undertake a holistic assessment of need to identify person-centred outcomes.
We work in an enabling way with people and their families and carers, to promote independence and participation, through meaningful occupation and a strengths-based approach. Across all our services we aim to ensure that people are provided with the right support and advice, and at the right time.

We work collaboratively alongside social care colleagues, as well as with our health partners, housing and care providers, and a range of community support services.

Fixed Term and/or Secondment: This is a Fixed Term or Secondment vacancy. Driving Roles Only: As part of this role, you will be required to travel to other HCC Sites/Residences either using your own mode of transport or a company car.
