About the role
We’ll need you to lead and support a team of three Asset Portfolio Officers, supporting a team of Valuers by ensuring that robust maintenance of our database and property records.
You’ll also be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small industrial estate, including letting and marketing. You’ll help us by ensuring complete and accurate financial management on behalf of the service, including raising of invoices, rent reconciliations, debt management and supporting budget management and forecasting as well as leading year end close-down of accounts.
