You will also provide information and advice to staff awhile supporting staff to learn and develop their practice.</p>\n<p>Supervision is a key role, and this is cascaded throughout the team with Senior Social Worker supervising several of the qualified Social Workers and Occupational Therapists within the team.</p>\n<p>As a Senior Social Worker, we understand the work you do on a daily basis and provide the support you need to make a difference to the people of the Isle of Wight, the role of the Senior Social Worker in the Wellbeing & Access Hub can be very challenging.<br><br>The successful candidates will be suitably qualified with a Social Work degree. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of The Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Data Protection Act 1998 and evidence of ability to work to practice guidance/procedure.
