Repairs Supervisor

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Salary: SK14 (currently £39,027 per annum)

Contract: Permanent

 

The post holder will be accountable for the supervision of field based staff within the Repairs Service; which undertakes approximately 15,000 repairs a year 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The service operates throughout the district of rural Lincolnshire which covers 365 square miles to approximately 6000 council properties.

 

To lead the operational team to promote a professional repairs service.

 

The post holder will drive a culture of continuous improvement to enable the safe, effective and efficient utilisation of resources. To lead by example on Health and Safety, values and behaviours and adherence with financial regulations. To provide supervision, administration and organising of repair works to Council properties.

 

To ensure that the Councils property and estates are maintained in a safe condition which minimizes risk to the Council as Landlord.
