We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Family Liaison Officer to lead our communication and support for families and students accessing the SEaTSS home tuition service in Redbridge. This role is vital in bridging the gap between home, school, and external agencies, ensuring students receive consistent, high-quality education while fostering positive relationships with families and building pathways back into school or other educational settings.
We are looking for someone to share our passion for developing and promoting our growing reputation, whilst always keeping the best interest of the pupil at the centre of all decision making.
If you are a highly self-motivated, resilient but creative individual who has excellent communication and relationship building skills and who has the commitment and enthusiasm to contribute to this vibrant service, this may be the ideal opportunity for you. We can promise you that no two days will ever be the same, and that you will become part of a truly supportive, experienced, and forward-thinking team who are committed to the evolution of a greater offer to our schools, settings, families and most of all our young people.
If you would like an informal discussion about the role before applying, please contact seatss@redbridge.gov.uk .
