This is a great opportunity to make a difference on a casual basis while being part of a team that truly values inclusion and the uniqueness of every individual.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong> <br> <br>As a Buddy Support Worker with the SENDCAS Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our services to young people (ages 5 to 18) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) residing in North Somerset. Your primary responsibility will be providing one-on-one support within group settings, ensuring that each child or young person has a positive and inclusive experience during our activities.<br><br>You will assist with our specialist activity days, which take place during school holidays across North Somerset.
