The team is on a journey of continuous improvement to review, improve, and streamline the health, safety and insurance matters across Spelthorne Council.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate must have experience within a relevant / similar role and preferably achieved high- level qualification in a health, safety and risk related subject. They will be enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. They must be an excellent communicator and team player with sound time management skills and be confident in dealing with managers, other Council employees and contractors.</p>\n<p>In return we can offer excellent conditions of service with a benefits package that includes flexible working hours, pension scheme, free parking and at least 23 days’ paid leave per year.</p>\n<p>This post is identified as a hybrid post supporting both office and home working in line with Spelthorne Borough Council’s policy.
