Grade 3 Point 7: £24,027 FTE
Part Time: 30.83 hours per week as an INA
Hours of work: 8.30-3.10 Monday to Friday with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break
Stone Cross School is a successful primary school with friendly, hardworking and supportive staff. We are committed to inclusive teaching and learning.
We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work with a child with speech, language and communication needs. The child is currently in EYFS and you will be required to work alongside this child to support them, as they progress through the school.
Are you someone who:
- Is self-motivated and adaptable, passionate and positive about supporting children in their learning and development.
- Can engage with children in a calm, innovative and resourceful manner.
- Is able to work as directed, use initiative when needed and is willing to take on additional training.
- Is able to support children with their Speech, Language and Communication Needs, under direction.
- Is comfortable with providing personal care, when needed.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
