About the role
ICT Assistant Technician – Required to start ASAP
Hours: 37 hours per week – Full Time 52 weeks per year – Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 16.00pm and Friday 08.30 to 15.30pm
Salary: Single Status Grade 4 point 9 – £24,404 per annum
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and committed person to join our ICT Support team. The desired candidate will provide effective technical and software support to a busy multi-site All-through School.
You will be responsible for:
- The upkeep and good order of the computer equipment
- Support teachers and students with the use of ICT
- Undertaking periodic computer checks
- Identifying and remedying software, hardware, and network faults.
Great organisational, communication, interpersonal skills and a good standard of education are essential. Previous customer service experience and\or ICT experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
