This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the development of the West Midlands Social Work Teaching Partnership.We are looking for a highly experienced Programme Manager to provide vision, direction and leadership across the Partnership to drive change and support continual improvement to pre and post-qualifying social work education; to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective partnership working whilst ensuring external developments are reflected within the Partnership; and to undertake the management of the programme team, overseeing project delivery whilst providing coaching and guidance which support the delivery of key activities.You will have experience leading a change programme across children’s and adult services; experience in building and maintaining relationships with a large number of stakeholders, supporting the achievement of key activities whilst addressing competing demands; experience in providing regular progress reports to key partners and external stakeholders; and experience in managing a small project team, including those who are remote.This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).Who are we looking for?
