You will be part of a team running and maintaining our residential sites. Whilst our office is based in Hatfield the work is County wide and you will be required to have a full driving licence, vehicle and your own tools.</p>\n<h2 class=\"lumesse-section-header lumesse-section-header-2\">About the role</h2>\n<p>Our well-established maintenance team are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join us to provide a high standard of repairs and maintenance </p>\n<p>Responsibilities in the role will include carrying out repairs to property as part of a team and maintaining tidiness in the public areas, and to encourage tenants to keep their plots presentable.</p>\n<p>We operate an out of hours service, which means you would be on-call one week in every eight weeks. This is paid in addition to your salary</p>\n<p>This is a fast-paced environment; you will be carrying out reactive maintenance and planned improvements on our residential sites. Therefore, you’ll need to be able to work under pressure and be extremely well organised, taking a pro-active approach to your workload.</p>\n<p>You can help to provide a service that make a real difference to our tenants.
