We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Revenues Officer to join the Dartford and Sevenoaks Revenues & Benefits Shared Service, based in Sevenoaks.
The main duties are:
- Answering customer enquires over the telephone regarding all aspects of council tax
- Responding to customer correspondence by email and letter
- Providing excellent customer service to all our customers
The Team
Our Council Team, working in partnership with Sevenoaks District Council, consists of 13 Revenues Officers and 3 Team Leaders who deal with over 100,000 council tax properties and customers
The successful candidate will preferably have experience of working in a Revenues & Benefits or similar environment including office work, administration, customer service (including retail) and dealing with customers over the phone.
