These roles will help us deliver our ambitions to <strong>strengthen the use of data and analytics</strong> across the organisation to <strong>support data drive decision-making, drive improvement and deliver on the Council's key priorities and the Mission Waltham Forest ambitions</strong>. <br><br>This is an advert for two roles. The successful candidates will be focused on either <strong>Adults or Children's Social Care</strong> and will work across the organisation and with partner agencies to produce data and analytics solutions, including <strong>strategic assessments, performance reporting, and statutory data returns</strong>. This will ensure that our social care services have access to robust and timely information to help them <strong>make decisions, target resources, and manage risk.</strong> <br><br><strong>This is a hybrid role. There is a requirement to be present a minimum of two days per week (Monday and Tuesday) in Waltham Forest Town Hall.
