Technical Planning Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and able team player to join our growing dedicated and flexible Development Management team.  Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative the Technical Planning Officer will prioritise validation of received planning applications and have opportunity to take on a caseload of minor applications.  The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer service environment, understanding of planning matters and the ability to interpret plans and planning legislation
