This post is term time only plus 1 week in the summer holidays. The hours are to be worked Monday to Wednesday from 8.15am to 3.30pm including ½ hour unpaid lunch break.</p>\n\n<p>The Receptionist will:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Serve as the friendly face of our school, greeting parents, visitors, and students with a professional and welcoming demeanour. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and inviting at all times.</li>\n\t<li>Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries efficiently. Respond to messages promptly, providing accurate information or directing queries to the appropriate staff members.</li>\n\t<li>Oversee the school's visitor management system, including signing in guests, checking identification, issuing visitor passes, and explaining safety procedures. Maintain a vigilant approach to school security.</li>\n\t<li>Assist with various administrative tasks such as managing the school calendar, organising meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Support staff and students with general information and resources as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrate excellent organisational skills by juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
