We currently have a vacancy within the Facilities Team for a Team Leader.
The facilities team provide support to the organisation, ensuring that the offices are safe, secure and properly maintained. You will need to be able to manage a varied workload including facilities functions, print room and cleaners at the Council Offices.
We are looking for candidates that can

- Have a hands-on approach to ensure service is delivered
- Are organised and able to prioritise work with varying demands
- Analyse service demand data
- Review and redesign service processes
- Can communicate skilfully and effectively with both internal and external customers
- Has the ability to adapt your approach to suit the circumstances
- Is open to feedback, reflection and personal development
- Able to work in a changing environment as services continue to improve
Hours of work – The facilities team work in shifts to cover Monday – Thursday 7am – 9:30pm and Friday 7am – 7:30pm. This is an office-based role.
