About the role
The Southfield Trust is seeking to appoint an HR Administrative Assistant. The post-holder’s responsibility is a supportive role, performing a variety of tasks pertaining to HR procedures across the Trust.
You will need:
- Strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous working experience with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical Skills
- Confidentiality awareness
- To demonstrate an ability to travel between sites
You will work alongside a supportive staff team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff - offering a strong programme of in school training.
This is a permanent post subject to a probationary period of one year.
The paid hours of work are 32.5 per week - Monday to Friday – daily hours of work 08:30-15:30.
A daily additional half hour lunch break entitlement is unpaid.
This is a term time only post plus one week (39 term time weeks plus one week = 40 paid working weeks) plus 6 weeks paid annual leave.
We cannot offer Visa Sponsorship.
The actual post salary is £20,141 per annum.
(Post is a part time /term time post the actual salary is pro rata based on the full-time figure of £25,993 (1.0fte) Single Status Grade 6.14). This grade has three points.
