Service Manager - Youth Justice

We are seeking a Service Manager for our Youth Justice Service. You will have strategic management responsibility for the Service and overall operational management responsibility for the Youth Justice Team, with a specific focus on achieving positive change and keeping children and communities safe, leading on prevention, diversion, and management of our work to prevent offending and re-offending by children. You will work alongside colleagues and multi-agency partners to develop and continuously improve the delivery of a high-quality effective service that delivers good outcomes for children, young people, their families, victims and the community.

About You

As a qualified and registered Social Worker or Justice professional, you will have substantial management experience and a proven track record of successfully improving services and managing team budgets at a strategic level. You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience of working with children in a statutory setting and ideally have experience of working with ‘Signs of Safety’ or a similar strength and relationships based practice framework.
