Caretaker

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Salary: SK4 (£24,144 per annum)

Contract: Permanent

To provide a high profile and accountable caretaking presence on our estates and support the Housing Service in the provision of a high quality, responsive and customer focused service to the tenants and residents. To keep the appearance of the housing estates in an excellent condition and play a key role in the delivery of the estate management service. To work closely with Estate Housing Officers, Sheltered Housing Officers, Housing Assistants, and Temporary Accommodation Officer. The role will include developing practical solutions for the best use of all accommodation managed by the Housing Service.
