You’ll also work to support landlords and tenants in the district through the Council’s Private Sector Lettings scheme.\nIf you have a background in housing, then you’ll know that communication and a detailed knowledge of the Housing Act and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 is essential. You’ll also be able to remain calm and work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.\nPlease note this is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. This post is subject to a DBS Check and may require Out of Hours cover as part of a Rota.\nThis role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG.
