While there is some opportunity for hybrid working, most training is delivered face-to-face at our Stevenage Training Development Centre.<br><br>Successful candidates will have the chance to further their career progression and complete additional qualifications relevant to the role.<br><br>Responsibilities include:<br><br><strong>Deliver and Commission Leadership & Management Training</strong><ul>\n<li>Design and implement training programs focused on leadership and</li>\n<li>management skills. Ensure compliance with qualification standards and best practices.</li>\n</ul><strong>Provide Training and Support for Candidates, Assessors, and IQAs</strong><ul>\n<li>Offer guidance and training to candidates, assessors, and IQAs to maintain</li>\n<li>high standards in qualification achievement. Address any issues or challenges faced during the training process.</li>\n</ul><strong>Contribute to Working Groups and Policy Development</strong><ul>\n<li>Participate in working groups to review and revise policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Attend meetings and training events to stay updated on organisational</li>\n<li>changes and developments.</li>\n</ul><strong>Adapt to Necessary Alterations</strong><ul>\n<li>Accept and adapt to reasonable changes in duties and responsibilities as</li>\n<li>required by the organisation.</li>\n</ul><br><b>About you</b><br><br> <strong>Essential criteria:</strong><ul>\n<li> Have a management qualification or have experience managing teams in a managerial role ideally within the public sector. </li>\n<li> Qualified Assessor. </li>\n<li> Experience of developing and delivering leadership & management and competency-based training. </li>\n<li> Ability to travel to various locations around Hertfordshire. </li>\n<li> Familiar with MS Office application and confident IT skills as you will record data on relevant management information systems, producing reports and correspondence as required. </li>\n<li> Able to work as part of a team, contributing effectively to meet the objectives of the departmental plan. </li>\n<li> Good organisational and planning skills. </li>\n<li> Ability to communicate verbally effectively both to individuals and larger audiences. </li>\n</ul><strong> Desirable criteria:</strong><ul>\n<li> Level 4 Qualification as Internal Quality Assurer. </li>\n<li> Level 3 Qualification in Learning & Development. </li>\n</ul>We welcome applications from candidates who currently reside in the UK with established proof of right to work documentation.
