This position is permanent, full time, 52 weeks per year, 37 hours per week, the current working pattern followed by the existing site manager is as follows but there can be flexibility to this: </p><ul>\n<li>Monday - 10am to 6pm </li>\n<li>Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 7am - 3pm</li>\n<li>Fridays - 10am to 5.30pm <span> </span>\n</li>\n</ul><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul>\n<li>Responsible for the property and asset management of the school.</li>\n<li>Liaising daily with the Head Teacher on caretaking and site management issues.</li>\n<li>Manage the cleaning staff and contracted cleaning staff of the school.</li>\n<li>Ensure the security of the school premises.</li>\n<li>Maintaining any machinery or plant within the school.</li>\n<li>Maintaining the internal and external fabric of the schools premises as a safe working environment.</li>\n</ul><p>Hollington Primary School is a 2-form entry school which joined The Pioneer Academy in September 2023.  We have a substantial school site and extensive facilities, complete with a school nursery.  We have a large staff team, and, more importantly, wonderful pupils.
