About the role
Contract: Fixed Term until 22 July 2025
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 20 hour per week, 08.00 to 12.00
Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £11,346 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for admissions and attendance
- Acting as a main point of contact for the team, handling calls, emails and written correspondence
- Contacting parents/carers to follow up on pupil absences, supporting our Attendance Lead and Safeguarding Officer
- Help to promote the importance of attendance

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
