We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and effective leader for this crucial role, to lead, develop and operationally manage three housing teams: Housing Options, Housing Delivery and Choice Based Lettings.
You will need
- A Degree in housing related area (or equivalent qualification).
- Detailed knowledge of housing issues, national guidance and statutory requirements
- Substantial experience of working in complex and sensitive situations, in a calm and proactive manner.
- Extensive understanding of homelessness and /or housing renewal.
- Experience of change management and enhancing organisational performance
- Previous experience of managing and delivering services, ideally within a multi-agency setting.
- The skill to ensure policies and procedures are compliant, to deliver consistent and lawful application of policy into service delivery.
