About the role…
To ensure young people have the right support, at the right time for them to transition into adulthood and leave care. Duties will include:
The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
Please note you will need to have a driving licence to enable you to travel around the county.
The Personal Advisor to Care Leavers interviews will be held on 06 November 2024. Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.
