Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week (8.30 am – 3.30 pm daily)
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)
Fixed term until July 2025 in the first instance

We are seeking to appoint a hard-working, resilient, and caring person to join our school team to work as an Individual Needs Assistant for a young person who has Autism with social and communication difficulties; the position covers all aspects of their education and requires regular communication with parents. We would really like the successful candidate to be supportive in enabling the student to reach their full potential. The role of the INA is a very special one and can make the difference to a child to continue to access their education.
