Key functions of the role include;<ul>\n<li>Lifeguarding of a busy swimming pool.</li>\n<li>Off pool activities including hall change overs and equipment set up.</li>\n<li>Completing of cleaning duties and checklists.</li>\n<li>Attendance at monthly staff training sessions.</li>\n</ul>This is a relief post that will include evening and weekend work at one or more of CCBC's Leisure facilities.Teaching or Coaching qualification and Customer Service are desirable but not essential.For the role, we ask that you have: <ul>\n<li>An up to date Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding or equivalent as well as a valid First Aid at Work qualification.</li>\n<li>An understanding of the principles of customer care.</li>\n<li>Experience of working in customer focused environments. \n</li>\n</ul>We have excellent benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme and staff discount schemes.
