The aims of this project are to creatively develop support packages with external providers to ensure participants of the ICB and DWP project are supported in the way the project intended and monitor the outcome data to ensure Workwell is successfully delivered in accordance with the guidance.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Project Manager with considerable experience of managing externally funded projects, to successfully deliver the WorkWell programme within the Lancaster district, where we are working in partnership with Lancaster District Community and Voluntary solutions.
