You will largely be working at a preventative, early help level, though will undertake assessments where safeguarding isn’t the primary concern.  </p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<br></strong>As the Social worker within the Team Around the School, you will work with colleagues and partners across a cluster of schools to provide early intervention support to children and families, in the Southport area. You will be responsible for working both with individual children, group work and families.  This role is crucial in ensuring that children and families receive timely and appropriate help.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with education, SEND and health partners to deliver early intervention and prevention within schools.</li>\n<li>Effectively record work with children and families, ensuring that timescales and outcomes are met.</li>\n<li>Develop effective and meaningful relationships across the cluster, with partners, children and families</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified social worker with current HCPC registration.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in social work and experience of working with schools to improve outcomes.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of early intervention</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and creative approach to partnership working.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<br></strong>This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of early help within schools in Sefton.
