The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly administrative assistant to cover our school office reception from 1.15pm-3.45pm daily during term time. We are keen to hear from individuals who will support our school's vision and ethos and who are willing to work as part of the administrative team.
Main duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact in our school office.
- Maintaining a welcoming and informative reception for parents, children and visitors while ensuring school security arrangements are always complied with.
- Verbal and written communication with parents.
The successful applicant will have strong literacy and verbal skills; be enthusiastic, proactive and the ability to engage with all stakeholders.
