London South East Academies Trust is proud to be the new Pupil Referral Unit provider in East Sussex. East Sussex Academy joins the Trust on an exciting journey of systemic improvement and transformation.

London South East Academies Trust are looking for an ambitious, talented and passionate Science Teacher who is keen to be part of an inspirational and committed team taking on the challenge of leading East Sussex Academy on a journey of rapid improvement.
The Trust encourage innovation and different ways of doing things. They are research and evidence based, keen to draw on new pedagogies and cutting-edge technology to ensure they deliver the very best teaching and learning for their pupils.
A Science Teacher is required within the team to teach Science at KS3 and KS4. Class sizes are small with a maximum of 8 students and fully supported with Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors.
As a Teacher of Science at East Sussex Academy, you will be ambitious and have a deep aspiration to drive and achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for all learners sharing the Trust’s vision to improve lives through the power of learning.
This role welcomes Teachers who want to play a key role in being part of the Academy’s success story from either a mainstream or specialist education background with exceptional Teaching and Learning skills and a passion to provide the best education possible for all learners.
