We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Welcome Hubs, which reimagine how we use public buildings such as libraries to co-locate services. Welcome Hubs are a new model of service delivery that aim to provide timely relational and preventative interventions, act as vital community-led spaces, and provide residents with seamless access to the right advice and guidance at the right time.<br> <br>As the Programme Manager, you will oversee the development, coordination and implementation of the Welcome Hub model at sites across the borough as well as manage interrelated projects that form part of our broader strategy to increase resilience in our residents.
