IT Support Apprentice

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Salary: NMW for age group

Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term

Apprenticeship to learn all the core area of the IT Support Service. These are :

• Customer Support – Provide assistance to end user via Face to Face, Telephone and electronic communications
• Diagnosis – Assess requests that are raised and resolve or assign to the relevant team
• Installation – Preparing and issuing of equipment to new and existing users
• Team – Work with other members of the support team to provide a professional service to the end users.

This role is not politically restricted.
