You will support staff to deliver high quality care for young people whose lives have been disrupted as a result of abuse, developmental trauma, neglect, breakdown of family, foster care or other placement types.</p><p>The model of care we provide is underpinned by relational led care and an attachment-based approach and young people within the home can benefit from the involvement of MyST, our internal therapeutic psychological service provided by trained practitioners.
