*External Role with Bognor Regis Town Council - Town Force Member*

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Team Member to become a part of our busy 
Town Force team. We are seeking a team-orientated, diligent and skilled person to join the 
team engaged on a variety of general maintenance and horticultural maintenance activities 
around Bognor Regis and to support local events.

It is essential that you hold a clean Full Driving Licence as you will be required to drive Town 
Council’s vehicles as part of the role. You will also be responsible for operating a variety of 
grounds maintenance equipment and handheld power tools and will work as part of a mobile
Town Force team maintaining sites primarily in and around Bognor Regis. You will also be 
required to work on your own on occasions.

The successful applicant will be expected to be skilled and experienced in the use of various 
powered machinery, have industry related experience and will be expected to work outdoors 
throughout the year. You will have a positive approach to working and take pride in the work 
that we do. You will be able to demonstrate high standards of behaviour and professionalism 
in dealing with the public.

The position is being offered on a 2-year fixed term contract.
Salary £24,790 – 27,269 p.a. (April 2025 pay award pending)
