We create homes, workspaces, employment opportunities, and tackle the climate emergency. The DI team ensures infrastructure supports borough growth and monitors non-financial planning obligations (Section 106 Agreements). We work closely with the CIL/s106 team who focus on financial obligations.</span></p> <p><span><strong>In this role you will:</strong></span></p> <p><span>The successful candidate will have a varied range of duties including: </span></p> <ul>\n<li><span>Improve service operations and monitor planning obligations </span></li> <li><span>Develop and update protocols relating to monitoring of obligations and liaise with teams and external parties.</span></li> <li><span>Manage a varied caseloads and enforce non-compliance.</span></li> <li><span>Oversee other officers and sign off reports.
