We are seeking to appoint a part-time Secretary to join our highly committed and supportive school office team to start in January 2024.
The hours are:
- Monday: 8:45 to 11:45
- Tuesday: 8:45 to 11:45
- Wednesday: 8:45 to 11:45
- Thursday: 8:45 to 11:45
- Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 3:30
Expectations of the role:
- To provide a secretarial service for the Headteacher/School Business Manager and to ensure appropriate administrative procedures are undertaken.
- To act as a first point of contact with parents, agencies and all visitors to the school.
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience of working in a secretarial capacity
- Previous experience of working in a school
