The Opportunity
Church Lawton school is looking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Site Supervisor to join us at an exciting point in our journey.
We are seeking a highly organised and committed team player with excellent technical skills to support our Site Supervisor to help create, maintain and manage a safe and welcoming learning environment for our busy school.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the day to day maintenance and security of a building, ensuring all statutory compliance is met to a high standard. You will be suitably qualified for the role and will understand, and be able to adapt to, the needs of a growing, working school, whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, security and health and safety.
The role requires you to have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative. In addition, you will be committed to excellence with the ability to maintain accurate records using a range of software packages.
This is a year round post (52 weeks) and the 25 hours per week will be worked in shifts between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm. Occasional shifts to 7.30pm may be required to accommodate events and lettings. During school holiday periods shift patterns may be adjusted to suit the needs of the school, based on Contractor activity.
