About the role
Work in Day Centres across Hertfordshire to support people with:
To lead on the daily programmes and communicate any relevant changes necessary to other senior staff and/or managers. Applying a positive risk approach in providing innovative day opportunities that both connect and enable those who attend the service.
To develop and implement individual and detailed service user support plans, linking with other relevant parties, including liaison with families, health professionals, social workers, and other agencies. Act as link worker to named individuals.
To undertake medication duties, including administration and recording, and where appropriate supervise junior staff in this task.
About you
You need to have some experience as a Day Service Support Worker for this role and to hold an RQF Level 2 award or equivalent - we will support you with all additional the training you need.
You just need the right values and a willingness to learn.
